How to browse and download our articles
It has been a pleasure for us here at Techboomers to provide useful and interesting guest posts for our partners since we launched January 2015. However, we're a small team that has a lot of responsibilities split between each of us, so we're unfortunately hard-pressed to keep up with the demand for new custom posts. So we've decided to address this by instead allowing our partners to post many of our most popular articles and tutorials!
To make browsing and downloading our available articles easier, we've made them all available on Dropbox. To access them, simply click the link below to be redirected to the Dropbox folder:

FAQs - How posting our articles works
What topics do your articles cover?
Our available articles cover a variety of important, useful, and fun technology topics:
- Introductions to popular websites and apps that describe what they are and how they can be useful.
- Lists of tips and tricks for certain websites, app, and programs.
- Important primers on how people can protect their safety and privacy online against viruses, spyware, scammers, snoops, and other Internet troublemakers.
- And lastly, in the future we will have Top 10 lists that suggest the best websites and apps about a specific topic
Who can post these articles?
Anyone who has a section for blogs or news articles on their website is welcome to dip into our content pool. We only ask that you give us proper credit for each one that you put up (see below). The reason for this is that it helps our website get noticed by search engines. It also lets search engines know that your website is not simply copying the article from another without providing attribution.
Where is the article content coming from?
In order to provide as large a pool of articles as possible in a short amount of time, we've decided to repurpose many of our most popular tutorials. Don't worry, though; we'll be writing more original posts in the future that aren't directly related to our existing tutorials.
Can we post TechBoomers articles that aren't in the Dropbox folder?
Please contact steve@techboomers.com if you'd like to discuss posting other articles and tutorials.
How often are you providing new articles to post?
We will be releasing at least one new article for your to post on your blog or news section every week. Make sure you Sign Up To Our Partner Newsletter to know the next article that we're rolling out for that week.
Can I change the articles in any way before posting them?
Absolutely! Change the article title, add a paragraph, edit a bit of text here and there... whatever will best suit the needs of your audience is fine by us. Again, though, just make sure that you give us credit for the original work.
Is there a limit to how many articles I can post?
Not overall, but we would request that you not post more than three in a single week. The reason for this is that it's overkill in the eyes of most search engine algorithms in terms of getting exposure. Therefore, it may end up hurting your result rankings instead of helping them, and ours might take a hit as well. And neither of us wants that.
Will posting these articles hurt my website in any way?
Not at all. Just make sure to include proper attribution in each of our articles that you use by linking to the original article on TechBoomers and adding the "rel=canonical" tag. Read our Article Posting Guidelines and Rules for more information about how to set these up. We also provide our Creative Commons License information in our website footer, which further informs search engines that we allow other websites to use content from TechBoomers as they see fit.
What is a "rel=canonical" tag, and how do I set it up?
Similar to an academic paper or book noting where it got its information from, the "rel=canonical" tag simply lets search engines know that you are providing proper attribution to the original article. Read our Article Posting Guidelines and Rules (click link below) for more information about how to set it up.

What does TechBoomers get out of providing all of these articles?
Exposure, of course! We're hoping that your readers enjoy our articles so much that they decide to visit TechBoomers and view our other informative and easy-to-digest courses and tutorials on the hottest websites and Internet apps as well. Plus, whenever you provide proper attribution to our original articles, it makes them easier for search engines to find, which helps even more people find us here at TechBoomers!
